Very disappointed, I had my holiday in Australia and in one withdrawal the ATM machine didn't give me the cash, I went immediately and asked at the main desk, because my bank was foreigner they said I had to check it with my bank, I did but the issue was never resolved. I guess they were able to check the transactions of the ATM of that day and that will show no cash was delivered. A 100AUS I lost because of that. I've never had that experience before anywhere, so frustrated they were not able to help me immediately
