It's always a pleasure to bank at BCU. The staff (in this instance, Les) are always helpful and knowledgeable. The bank also offers great products with lots of atm access and good options for earning interest. I'm happy to be a customer at a member-owned bank instead of one of the Big 4, who don't need my business ;0)
