BCU has the best rates around, great and friendly customer service, and on top of that they are alway doing awesome events and promos!
Very difficult to use this branch. As a current member of the store team you need to be escorted to the Credit Union area which is 80 yards down around the corner from the security desk. Every time I’ve needed to be escorted it has taken longer to get a security guard to the desk than it has for my actual banking needs once I reach the credit union. This process needs to be looked at again because the efficiency is horrendous.
