Great experience at Maroochydore BCU. After banking with one of the Big 4 most of my life, I decided to try BCU who had a special 5% interest rate for 4 months then 4.75% fixed term.. Jaala assisted with opening the account and it was the old fashioned customer service that I’ve missed. Jaala was efficient and friendly. I’m considering moving my SMSF over to BCU also. Everyone I’ve spoken to here has been the nicest, friendliest and most welcoming people I’ve ever met at a bank After banking with one of the big 4 for years they sent me a letter out of the blue informing me I had 45 days to withdraw all my money and close my account.
