I was very impressed with Hamilton branch manager, Iryna Melnychouk. She was so, so helpful during the computer system upgrade period. She was always very patient and when the problem that occured with my account couldn't be solved in Hamilton branch, she contacted her colleague Iryna Ivantsova in the other branch. Together they were able to correct the mistake and I was able to access my account.
