Impossible to reach out by phone
There is a lady named Anna on the help desk who helped me with an online banking problem a while back. She was unable to resolve the problem at the time but called me back at the end of the day. It was bothering her that she couldn't help me earlier. She felt bad about it and got me to try some other ideas. One of her ideas worked and the issue was resolved. She wouldn't give up and I just loved that. Great service, keep it up Anna !
Have recently been told that this bank/credit union is no longer performing banking/credit union activities. For example they are no longer performing (automatic) debit payments... is this true? Hoping to hear back from the owner/management.
