This is the worst place I have ever banked. Do not bank with them. They make you jump through hoops to access anything. Charge you fees for rush cards after youve been on the phone with them for 2 hours. Have supervisors that lie and say there is a different department that opens later to deal with getting you a new card, just to find out there is no other department. **DO NOT BANK HERE** READ THIS: I will not be specific on the dates in case of retaliation from this bank. This bank froze my accounts multiple times and took money out of my account I will not say the number of times but it has been over 5 times to date. I am actively consulting with an attorney. Trust me when I say do not bank here. If you do, you were warned. Good luck
You better be revery very careful when banking with BCU they will leave you stranded with no access to your account. This is not a bank this is not even a mom and pop shop this is theft. They save money on having member relations after hours who has not access to your account so if anything happens on the weekend which it did me your stranded and SOL.
