I had fraud on my account found back in early March - and it turned into a long process. However, once I let BCU know how much trouble I was having getting my account fixed they escalated it and it was resolved very quickly. They a were also able to find the root cause to why my situation went so wrong to prevent it from happening to others. Everyone was very nice throughout the process and once it was in the right hands it was resolved very quickly.
This branch has always provided outstanding service and has helped with any and all questions or concerns. Also have great credit rates and autoloan rates. 10/10 wpuld recommend this branch
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH BCU!!! They are the worst credit union to work with and the biggest joke of a place to do business. There customer service is a I don't care about you attitude and your a measly customer who means nothing to us!! I went into Mountain America and they assisted me immediately sat me down and discussed how assist instead of telling me I'm on my own like BCU always does!!! This place is a joke go to any other bank or credit union and avoid this one at all costs!!

This is the best bank I've ever worked with. They've gone out of their way to help me with loans and credit. Easiest and quickest processes I've ever dealt with.
