As a member of BCU since 2019 will several accounts, my disappointment in BCU’s collection team is disheartening. I lost my job in July and requested assistance with my auto loan payment and even after meeting the criteria for the reduced payment option, I was denied the assistance. The denial in and of itself was a shocker but the lack of professionalism I’ve encountered is inexcusable. Actually, you can get through to BCU at the gated entrance at Cardinal Health, at least in Dublin, OH. All you need is to present a BCU credit card or debit card or some other type of BCU ID. It's easy and quick. Hope your next visit is a good one! God bless!
