When it comes to credit unions, this particular one is not worth your time or trusting with your hard earned income. Their policies do not benefit their clients and their communication protocols are sub-standard. They will "fee" your account out of existence if you do not meet their activity thresholds. Customer service is mediocre at best. Turn and run from this establishment, and instead use one of the many other financial institutions available.

BCU used to be a much better banking experience, but it seems recently that the customer service has gone downhill and employees (including supervisors) are unable/unwilling to help when there are problems. For example, we had a card cancelled due to fraud. A replacement was sent to us. The problem was that they used an address that we hadn't been at for years. I always make sure to update account info so I have no idea why that address was still on file with BCU. So they cancel the replacement card and send another...to the... read more
Gone massively down hill over last few years. New web interface no good, they charge fees everywhere like other big name bank but with much less physical presence, apy is not competitive, internal account payment system stink, external bill pay system stinks, relies on gimmicks if you want to maximize benefits. Just go with the many available online banks.
