First, it took days to get replacement card. Would have cost $20 to expedite. Second, statement doesn't reflect more than last 5 transactions without searching on my account. Third, credit score only reflects lowest of 3 scores. System is not user friendly or cost effective.

My wife had our bank account linked to cashapp. Her cashapp was hacked and had over 3000 dollors stolen. We called made a claim right away. This was last Friday or two weeks ago. So the person who hacked us took everything so it was overdrafts. So they took her check and froze everything. So they took what was left in the account and closed the case saying they weren't responsible for it. Left us with 84 cents so someone hacked us and stole 3000 dollors and BCU STOLE THE REST!!

Closing my accounts asap. I had to order a new bank card. I called and they sent it out 3 days later. I had to call back and order one expedited overnight. Waste of my $20. Still waiting for my bank card. I have no food in my home, behind on my bills and no access to my cash since no physical location exists. My first and last time opening an account from a bank like this. You are better off with a bank in your city. One you can walk into and withdraw money from a teller. I can't explain how bad this bank is. I'm currently waiting for access to MY money because apparently me using THEIR card lock and unlock feature is a problem! Now my card is locked and the damn weekend answering service claims there is an issue with the app so basically I'm screwed until Monday! I'm getting my money out of this bullshit bank and taking my business elsewhere. This after I've been hacked MULTIPLE times! Do not use this "bank"

This bank plain sucks. I had fraud on my card and told I could just get one at their bank but turns out they're system is so dumb it can't make cards with exp 2030. Then I was lied too by the worker who charged 20 bucks to get it to by Saturday but turns out that was a lie and have to wait till next week sometime. Finally I told them I need a deposit to be available ASAP. Small amount and again they lied about it being available dame day. They are a useless bank.
