This credit union BCU is so full of crap I would not waste my time applying for any of their products their criteria is too high and ridiculous for members that put their money into this institution they do this to their members deny people credit in reference to application for mortgages credit cards car loans don't waste your time
"Branch" located in the building where I work, manager is great! Interest on checking account great! MOBILE APP - 155% security is not stable, customer service for the app is non existent, after hours chatbot 'Freda' is useless. After reading the reviews I’m no longer shocked at the way BCU has been handling my mobile deposit. They accepted the check then two days later took it back causing my account to go into the negative couldn’t even get my payroll check and now me and my kids are having to ask family and friends for money for food and gas just to make it to work. Check was deposited on the 11/9/24 as of the 11th the check was placed on an extended hold until the 20th. 10 out of 10, I would not recommend.
By far the worst experience with dealing with a credit been trying to get a issue resolved for over a week with indirect promises account was restricted within 1hr but takes 3-5 days to be unrestricted after providing documentation to a credit union that does not have a local location to walk into only a corporate office that doesn’t deal with the public hopefully this issue can be resolved soon but to have to go without access to your funds for 7 days at the point is ridiculous.
Was sapposed to get paid on Friday but the bank did not pay me then they tell me that the 2 day early pay is no longer in place for its customers . So it’s Sunday now and my family went the entire weekend without money . Thanks BCU
