I love BCU. I have been a member for at least 15 years and have never had any issues. Customer service is always helpful (when needed) and very friendly.
Very convenient to my work so location suits me. Most features are good, especially if you're young! Chat box agent is still not much help but hey, at least the Dev's finally fixed the app!
