New to bcu but so far super happy! Very friendly staff, super close to work, and easy to manage my account
I have been a member for 4 years. I called almost 2 weeks ago for a “rush” card replacement. I still haven’t received it. So I haven’t had a debit card for almost 2 weeks. Totally unacceptable! I’m in search of a new credit union!
BCU always come thru and keep a tight security when it comes to your account details.
Super dependable branch. Bryan Torres has excellent customer service and has been fantastic every time I’ve worked with him. Highly recommend this site!
