I’ve been a customer with BCU since 2019. Jonathan made my car loan process so great , he was informative and responsive with any questions I had. Fast forward to NOW I tried applying for an another car loan and I get someone by the name of Brian Figueroa who was ABSOLUTELY NO HELP and sucks as his job. For this reason I’m disappointed with BCU.
Jim, Jacob and the other very nice guy at the Libertyville branch are so helpful. They are really great people. I always enjoy going into this branch. The flowers and landscaping outside is always pretty too. A+ team
