I’m extremely disappointed with BCU’s customer service. The representatives I spoke with were rude, rushed through the conversation, and seemed unwilling to take the time to explain anything clearly. Customers should not be expected to understand every process without proper guidance. Based on my experience, the level of service has declined significantly. If negative stars were an option, that is the rating I would give.

If I could give this bank 0 stars, I would. I went into this branch to withdraw the remaining balance from my account so I could close it. During the withdrawal, I was shorted $100. What makes the situation even more frustrating is that when the employee recounted the money, the amount she counted didn't even match what the withdrawal slip said, and I was still missing $100.
