Hit or miss with these people - if you get someone petty, they leave you on hold no one will take accountability or give you any information to reference i had someone demand my full ssn while no one else had ever asked for the full number. Half the staff seems to not understand that they are here to help you and have no professionalism or empathy to unknown charges.
