I switch banks from Great Lakes, credit union to BCU and the experience has been wonderful. The only complaint or criticism that I could give is that they had a promotion. Then you get $25 for referring someone for a bank account. And I did. And the person did not keep the $25 in her account for the period that it's supposed to be. But we were not told about that otherwise we would have kept it in there. But that is the only complaint is the miscommunication, in that one specific incident. Very impressed overall with the team at BCU! Came in to inquire about loan and refinancing rates on Monday, and by Wednesday was saving 10+ points across a number of non-BCU accounts. BIG THANKS to Adam L. and his team there. I recommend them highly.
