Employees were nice but it's taken almost an entire week to get my money from the account because they had some "coding" problems which they didn't even bother to fix until I called and asked about it, and they have a really bad habit of shutting off your cards at any random time. It's a good thing I don't have any bills coming up or I'd be in a bad shape but other people that do are worse off.
Very poor customer service and horrible experience. Member tried to cash a Cashiers Check Written on Bankplus and she was informed the check was fraudulent and the Check was shredded. BCU never tried to verify the check and immediately shredded it. It was so disheartening just another case of Banking while Black.
