We moved our banking to Potomac Bank after 35 years with Wells Fargo/Wachovia Bank. Should have moved years earlier. Potomac bank embraces the ethos of customer service that global banks don’t provide. Patrick, the branch manger, answers his phone and returns his messages. Within two weeks of joining Potomac we had a new HELOC approved and an introduction to their Trust services. Excellent service.
