Best bank ever! Jeremiah and Vicky are incredible. Both have already gone above and beyond for us. They are so kind.. I forgot I was in a bank, it felt more like a VIP resort haha. I've never experienced this level of customer service with a bank before and I'm blown away. I couldn't be happier. It has been an absolute pleasure working with the Bank of Charles Town team at the Purcellville branch! The attention I received as a new business owner from the Senior VP of Commercial Lending, the Branch Manager, Assistant Branch Manager, and my Portfolio Administrator exceeded all of my expectations.
