My father worked for the Railroad for 48 years and had auto, personal and other loans with BCS. I then opened an auto loan account in 2008 because of my father and older brother who both worked for the railroad and because of the friendly staff (at the time, no longer) and how well BCS treated the people who banked with them. Not customer friendly anymore unwilling to use other credit sources for credit score. I've been a member for over 20 years and gotten several loans from them in good standing. More commercial attitude. Will close account and do business elsewhere.
Business response:
Robert's complaint stems from a problem with his Experian credit report, that he must resolve directly with Experian. (The problem was not caused by us.) He can contact Experian at 877-284-7942. As is, Robert's Experian report will not allow us to process a loan application, and the credit union does not integrate with other credit bureaus for several reasons. The credit union does not make commercial or business loans, and serves only "natural persons."
