I was treated unfairly and need someone from management to contact me immediately. I paid $5 expecting to get to work by 5:03 PM, but the driver was told by dispatch to turn around and pick up someone who wasn’t ready at their original time. This caused me to be late for work and completely disrupted my schedule. When I boarded, there was a man seated at the front with a dog positioned so that it could touch people stepping onto the bus. I recently had a great experience riding the u3 and Oxford. The driver Omni is truly amazing. Each day I get on the bus she has a smile and welcomes everyone. She drives the bus very well and makes sure each rider is getting to their destination on time and safely. We need more drivers like her.
