The box itself is of pretty good quality, have not had many issues with it. But the main reason I went with this particular product is because of the customer support they promised over and over again. I have wanted one of these for a long time. I was hesitant due to high upfront cost but also because they are not in the US. I mean they are close enough in Canada but I was still concerned about shipping this over the border. Possibly losing the money in the process and not getting the product. After a bit of hesitation combined with some research I purchased a Producer box approx.. 2 years ago. I am very satisfied with my purchase and have had great results. I used their grow help a fair bit at the beginning, but it was more me just double checking I was doing everything right with my babies.
