Horrible experience with Boyette for our business contract for sale of a business we bought! Other signer broke contract and we were informed by two lawyers the way Boyette wrote it makes it impossible to take action. We called Boyette back mutiple times and no return phone call.
I was a buyer in a transaction for a rental property - and the seller selected this firm as the title company to handle the transaction. While we closed on time, it was an awful experience for both myself as the buyer and for the sellers. For this transaction, I worked with Debbie and Delmarie on their title team. I have had this firm do work for me, simple, set up an LLC. My complaint is I waited several weeks for the filing, and when I finally called, they were defensive and said they were on it. They did complete it, but I could have done it myself so much faster (and cheaper), still don’t understand what was so complicated, or what took so long. I had the misfortune of having to file for bankruptcy last year. I hired BCN Law firm to handle my case and dealt mostly with Ken Costello and his assistant Carol. They did an outstanding job on my case which was not the average case. They analyzed my situation and found the best path for me to move forward.
