I have had this firm do work for me, simple, set up an LLC. My complaint is I waited several weeks for the filing, and when I finally called, they were defensive and said they were on it. They did complete it, but I could have done it myself so much faster (and cheaper), still don’t understand what was so complicated, or what took so long. They did an outstanding job on my case which was not the average case. They analyzed my situation and found the best path for me to move forward.
