I have been involved with a lot of different barter sites and this one was by far the worst. Too many errors on the website. It's very frustrating to use and I would not recommend this barter to anyone.

I have tried a lot of barter systems on the market BCL is one of the best for us exchanges. Barry and Catherine are awesome!

Horrible support, there website and barter software has HUNDREDS of errors in the code. They refuse to work overtime and hire a programmer who knows how to code past 1995. They are over 15 years dated in web technology. BEYOND frustrating to have thousands in barter and CANT find anyone to barter with because there software is SO HARD to use. Nobody even wants to barter because everyone says the same thing "the barter site is terrible".

We have been with Barter21 for a year. Catherine and Barry Cohen have been very attentive to our needs and very helpful. They are very easy to reach and professional and friendly.

I can't imagine how anyone could have a bad experience with Barter 21. Honestly, I think the reviews must be fake b/c clearly they do not know the site, how it's used, or Barry or Catherine! My partner and I started researching barter exchanges 1 year ago and I remember the very first time I talked to Barry b/c he was SO prompt, helpful, and in clear in returning my call and answering our questions.
