This place is a joke… Unknowledgeable Unprofessional Very rude Makes mistakes on taxes and expects the customer to run around fixing THEIR mistakes And to the “Karen” at the front desk (dark hair clear glasses) I hope u enjoyed the 10 min power trip and can sleep peacefully On the other hand I have to admit the manager was pretty sensible and understood my frustration
