I came across BCH while looking for a repair for my Epson printer. I found a video that detailed exactly what the problem was, which was that my printer was not recognizing one of the ink cartridges. It was a very simple chip board replacement and Kevin was very responsive to my inquiry about the part. Ended up costing me $16 including shipping, instead of $200 on a professional repair or $500 on a printer replacement. And saved the landfill from a useless piece of equipment. Highly recommended. Great company!

Hi Kevin I recently shared with you the problems of My Epson ET-3750 not printing after coming back from a vacation for 2 weeks. I tried everything you advised to check and it still did not print. Eventually I got this Scanner Error Code 031006. I do believe the advice you gave, to get it to print would have worked had I not received this error code. so I'm very grateful for the information you gave me and will keep it on file as I purchased another Eco Tank Printer.
