Friendly and very detailed in email responses. I would give 5 stars except that it took a while to get my repair motherboard completed and sometimes the communication lagged as well. Otherwise, they provide a greatly needed service and do it well.

They have ceased shipping to Alaska and Hawaii. This prevents me from purchasing their product. A USPS small flat rate box is the same cost anywhere. No explanation was given for the lack of service. Folks in AK and HI are tired of this BS.
