I hired sherry to do my taxes over 5 months ago. Over the course of this time numerous attempts were made to get in touch to see where my filing stood. There was numerous excuses (and repetitive excuses) as to why they hadn’t completed them yet. Always with a promise that they would be done by “x” date and that date always came and went.
