BCG Rocks! I was having terrible internet service - it kept dropping, was lagging when it was working...it was an absolute mess. And, everything is tied to my wiring and wireless network - security camera, speakers inside and out, work and school computers, tv, etc. Bryan and his team came and diagnosed the problem quickly, offered a solution and now my entire home network is running like new - for a fraction of the cost I thought I was going to have to spend. I can't thank Bryan, Joe, Trey and Lucas enough.
In 2017, when we built our new home in La Canada, BCG Concepts installed smart home automation (control4) system including home theater. We’ve been using it without any issues since then. Whenever small problems like internet issues arise, Joe comes right over to fix them, and for simpler problems, he advises us everything clearly over the phone. We’re always grateful for their professional services and reasonable prices. Especially Joe, who seems to know everything and always solves our problems
