I bought a bike from you back in 2025 and someone stole it and I really need money to buy a new mountain bike. Can someone buy a new mountain bike for me?
Stopped by after Coal City Cycles directed me here. Told Rob about the hole in my back tire and he immediately went to work. Took around 20-30 mins but their lovely assistant Cooper was there to keep me company in the meantime (pictures attached). Didn’t have the the inner tube so he just patched the hole for the time being, as well as adjusted my brakes for me and made sure to tell me what size tube I needed to get as well as where I might find it. I live on Saltspring and decided to have my Surface604 Twist delivered to BCEBIKE to have them assemble it after I demo'd the bike there. On the day I booked my demo they were patient with me and also came for a ride describing how the bike worked and tips on how to ride it. Within 200km I had one of the pedals unthread and strip the crank. They were more then happy for me to bring it in and replaced the part under warranty as well as selling me some upgraded folding pedals.
