Visited BCebike today to learn more about e-bikes. Sassy was amazing. Even though we were from out of province and not in a position to buy from her she spent the time to teach us the ins and out of e-bikes. Fantastic shop, very knowledgeable and helpful.
Best bike shopping experience ever....so much fun! Spent so much time with me to make sure I got the right bike for me. Naomi gave my friend and I a great overview, was patient with our many questions, and a clear communicator. The ride-along test drive benefited from the low-traffic, multi-terrain location BCebike enjoys.
