My partner and I visited BC Ebikes and to put it bluntly, I felt very disregarded as a female. The salesperson was extremely misogynistic. He literally looked at me 3 times during our 15 mins there. He spoke only to my partner. He asked him what he does for work, he asked him if he knew what certain components do. Didn't ask me one question! I called first to see if they can work on my brand of Ebike as I know they are all different, they said yes so I brought my Ebike there because the back brake didn’t work. Had the hassle of getting it all the way there and picking it up and they charged me $50 saying they can’t fix it and I need to contact manufacturer for new brake. Excellent experience all around! We had never had ebikes before. Naomi was amazing! So patient and caring and super knowledgeable. We booked a test ride and she showed us the ropes and explained the key differences between ebike types. There was a tiny hiccup with my husband's ebike so we rode back over (a wee 10km ride) and they had it taken care of in a jiffy! 100% will recommend BC Ebikes to friends & strangers lol!
