I went today with my grandchildren and in the past have never had an issue . Today unfortunately I felt uncomfortable and as if the member of staff couldn’t be bothered . I am over on holiday from the uk staying with family and have attended the cinema in the past and staff have always been friendly and helpful . Look I don't come here that often, but when I do there Isn't much more you could ask for. I havent had a bad conversation with a staff member they are all kind and respectful. Most people argue that the cinema's food is "expensive," but that's every single cinema! there is a Coles right next to BCC i go and buy my drinks from there and they let me through every time. I would recommend this cinema
