Movie started at 9:30pm its 10:05pm im disappointed as now the movie will end up finishing at 12:30am or later, expensive tickets, snacks are ridiculously expensive and they are super anal about bringing your own in, im not pleased going to ask for my money back at the end. Even making us watch the ads for the 2nd time (the photo was taken after watching the first 10 mins of the movie +the adds) shame job. Extra side note the ads are still playing and its been 20 minutes 🫩

Rude staff member and unhelpful. Female family member needed to use the bathroom and was denied and told to use another in centre, even though this was the closest access. It was urgent, he showed no compassion to women’s needs.

I went today with my grandchildren and in the past have never had an issue . Today unfortunately I felt uncomfortable and as if the member of staff couldn’t be bothered . I am over on holiday from the uk staying with family and have attended the cinema in the past and staff have always been friendly and helpful . I am a pensioner and explained to the member of staff I was here on holiday and in the past had been given the pensioner rate . She never smiled and just said no .
