I bought a pair of booties at the normal price. When I got them, I returned them right away because of fit. Then I got an email showing I was going to get $0 money back for them. When I called in, they told me they were a final sale item. I said they were not a final sale item when I purchased them. They said correct, but they went to final sale after I bought them.
