the absolute worst customer service i’ve ever experienced. these girls have no customer service skills. currently talking bad about me while they’re counting the money. hire new girls.

Worst customer experience with Jaspreet Ghuman. She literally harassed me with her words and body language. I went to open a bank account so I can also get a safe deposit box. I already do my banking with some other bank and have all my transactions going with them. Jaspreet was so upset that if I am banking with another what do they offer that we can’t and why do you want to keep on dealing with another bank primarily and don’t want to do transaction with us. One person at a desk helping clients. Been waiting a 1/2 hour. I called the bank earlier. Nobody picked up. Saturday morning service is horrible.
