Dana and Sana at BCB are amazing!!! So kind, patient and professional. They truly go above and beyond for their customers, and you can tell they genuinely care. BCB is lucky to have them. Overall exceptional service!
this bank is getting worse, every time i go in the coin machine is always full, i asked them and all they say is that they have to wait for the guy to come and change the box inside the machine....so basically the guy comes in and changes the coin box then it take about a week before it gets full and it stays full for the next 3 weeks before the coin box gets changed.....so whats the point of have a coin machine if this bank has it working for one week then out of service for the next 3 weeks before it can be used again....i... read more
