On website Vance close 5 pm. When I reach 4:35 pm bank was closed .I see on door the time was change any it’s saw 4 pm closing time on Thursday. Different time mention than websites. Also I visited before 40 days that day was Wednesday but when I reached there the bank was closed . Same incident the bank website saw they open Monday to Friday. When I went there in person bank closed on Wednesday. I called customer service they told me we have no staff . Customer waste their important time because of theirs mismanagement.and ... read more
