Generally being there twice... feel like it made me worse. The first time there was a little girl that seriously needed help... they just looked at her and laughed very immature! The second time (Diana to be specific) she would pick fights with the kids make fun of them and encourage fights? We had a fight Almost everyday because of her! She would body shame people... Was sent on an EDO for 72 hours. Was told on intake I would only be there 72 hours. THIS IS A LIE. They tell you that you can either sign in “voluntarily” and “you’ll be out between 5-7 days” or you can file a 4 hour release form, which they will hold you for 14 days THEN go through the courts to see if they can release you. Some nurses truly care but they’re overworked and stretched thin. Some patients need MHMR, others need a psychiatric hospital- not this place and it seems like the coordinators do not care for the differ... read more

i stayed here for 2 weeks. worst two weeks of my life. get help elsewhere please, this place will not help you and will give you ptsd. so unorganized. they couldn’t find my stuff in storage and made me miss my bus, leaving me outside a stripes in the cold with no ride. horrible facility.

Highly unorganized set up! Releasing patients before they are stable and releasing patients without medications or prescriptions! I drove over 100 miles because I was told I could pick up a patient's belongings, then wasn't allowed to. Extremely unhappy with this place!
