They were great! Used them to get into Edziza provincial park entry at Little Ball lake, and exit out of Buckley lake. We finished our hike a day earlier than planned and they were able to pick us up a day earlier than we had booked no problem. Friendly helpful pilots !
Flown several times and have always been treated well. Weather delays are part of the puddle jumping game, but they put in the hours/work to make the delays less painful. Already looking forward to next time.
Terrible customer service. Take weeks to return messages. Left us in camp for 2 extra days with no contact. Hung up several times on our wives calls to find out about our safety. Now won’t return my deposit, must have financial issues.
