They were great! Used them to get into Edziza provincial park entry at Little Ball lake, and exit out of Buckley lake. We finished our hike a day earlier than planned and they were able to pick us up a day earlier than we had booked no problem. Friendly helpful pilots !

Flown several times and have always been treated well. Weather delays are part of the puddle jumping game, but they put in the hours/work to make the delays less painful. Already looking forward to next time.

Terrible customer service. Take weeks to return messages. Left us in camp for 2 extra days with no contact. Hung up several times on our wives calls to find out about our safety. Now won’t return my deposit, must have financial issues.

My brother and I chartered a pair of flights with BC Yukon Air (our first time) and had an amazing experience. The flight themselves were for drop off and pickup for a backpacking trip and were incredible. Alex was extremely helpful and was very flexible with scheduling our flights as we both arrived in Dease Lake and finished our backpacking trip early. Thanks for the great service, our trip wouldn't have been possible without you guys!
