Communication is a bit slow but I expect they are busy juggling the chaos of flying in the mountains every day. Pilots were awesome and friendly on our trip.
Had a great trip only made possible by these guys. Flew us into a lake they haven’t used in many years with no question. Staff and Pilots were all anwesime and communicated well. Very clear what they needed from us and they did a lot to make our trip awesome.
They were great! Used them to get into Edziza provincial park entry at Little Ball lake, and exit out of Buckley lake. We finished our hike a day earlier than planned and they were able to pick us up a day earlier than we had booked no problem. Friendly helpful pilots !
Flown several times and have always been treated well. Weather delays are part of the puddle jumping game, but they put in the hours/work to make the delays less painful. Already looking forward to next time.
