Just had to pay $18.00 to take a cab home from work because of bus cancelations. I don't the drivers are the main problem with Comox Valley transit, but perhaps their management. I'm supposed to renew my Umo card in a couple days at $55.00 for thirty days. I think I should get the next thirty days free.
This bus service is continuously late and cancels routes. I get the feeling this company thinks I am expandable.
16 year old daughter and her 15 year old friend denied boarding on a bus at the Walmart stop that only had one other person on the bus because they had one of those small razor scooters that wouldn't fold up. Sighting that they could become a projectile in an accident and take out someone's eye.Bus # 8 driver stated he wasn't about to lose his job or his home over breaking policy. Policy states it is up to the driver discretion.Must be a pretty weak union if someone is afraid to lose his job over getting a couple of teenages... read more
