I had a concern regarding one of your drivers today Friday February 6th 2026. The incident happened at 1421 hours the driver was driving bus #6 leaving the seven oaks mall bus exchange. I was driving a vehicle with my family in it there was another vehicle in the lane beside me heading southbound and the bus driver proceeded to cross 4 lanes in front of both cars causing us to hard brake. Severe service disruption due to chronic unreliability and lack of operational control. While waiting for Bus 1 or 2 to reach Highstreet Mall and then transfer to Bus 66 toward the Mainland, the service completely collapsed. Me and my husband took a bus no 1 highstreet via maclur from south fraser way at roberstson avenue @5:09 pm on 17/12/2025. The driver doesn’t have a sense how to talk to passenger. He was brutally rude and was literally shouting. When i tried to confront it he said don’t waste my time. Bus no: was 1120. Please BC transit teach your drivers how to be polite and respectful towards someone. And ask them to keep this nonsense to themselves only.
