Had a custom made sofa from them and I wanted to get an additional piece. I had called in a June and receptionist told me to email sofa details which I did. It’s now September and I hadn’t heard back and the receptionist was so rude and told me she had too many emails and that they don’t have time and to re email. The sofa it self is well made but lack of customer service is quite terrible. felt like an unvalued customer and that they didn’t need my business.

Great designs, solid material and excellent price.
Great sofas and sofa beds. Really good honest customer service. They make great products and stand by them. I had a small issue with what I purchased and they took care of it right away. Thanks BC Sofa Design
