During a recent delivery, one of their staff members found my wallet on the side of the road. Rather than ignoring it, they took the time to contact me and personally arranged to return it the very next day. In today’s world, that level of honesty, integrity, and care for the community is something truly worth recognizing.

Had a custom made sofa from them and I wanted to get an additional piece. I had called in a June and receptionist told me to email sofa details which I did. It’s now September and I hadn’t heard back and the receptionist was so rude and told me she had too many emails and that they don’t have time and to re email. The sofa it self is well made but lack of customer service is quite terrible. felt like an unvalued customer and that they didn’t need my business.
