Total flakes. Totally unreliable. Booked a ride for my father's cardiology appt. 3 days before the appt. They didn't show up so I called them 1 hour before his appt. and they had cancelled the ride. I have to wait almost 3 months for a new appt. They claim they tried to reach me to confirm the ride but didn't leave a voicemail and no record of their call in my call log. Family run business. Xavier, Trey and Barnett at BC are awesome. I’ve needed a wheelchair van for the last 3 months and they are always professional, very personable and always on time. I even got done an hour early and they stopped having lunch to come pick me up. Highly recommend anyone that needs a handicap van service to them. A+
Be warned that this company will price gouge you on weekend visits for wheelchair services. The drivers are incredibly nice and responsible with your loved ones, but they will incorrectly quote you trip fare figures on their website and not redisclose until after you’re charged for the trip. It’s going to cost me $430 for a 30 minute trip to and from our nursing facility because of weekend rates that, again, were not disclosed until after the service was completed. I reached out to this company a few weeks ago for Transport for my older brother who was at PATE in Anna, they wouldn't take him to his appointment, it ended up being cancelled but we just moved him to a new facility in Allen and reached out again for a ride to his Dr's appointment this past Friday, excellent service! My mom and both of my brothers said that Burnet was absolutely wonderful! He even helped my younger brother lift and transport my older brother inside the Dr's office!
