I reached out to this company a few weeks ago for Transport for my older brother who was at PATE in Anna, they wouldn't take him to his appointment, it ended up being cancelled but we just moved him to a new facility in Allen and reached out again for a ride to his Dr's appointment this past Friday, excellent service! My mom and both of my brothers said that Burnet was absolutely wonderful! He even helped my younger brother lift and transport my older brother inside the Dr's office!
