I bought a Burley Kids “Bee” trailer here after Eastern Mountain Sports canceled their order on me 2 weeks after waiting. Jake was extremely helpful and patient; he set up the trailer prior to my arrival and spent a few minutes showing me how to break it down and set it up. He went above and beyond, and helped me a few questions/issues on my personal bike.
