I stepped in today as a walk-in and spoke with Marissa who was very kind and extremely knowledgeable. I have been looking to upgrade my current office chair and she walked me through their inventory and allowed me to sit (and linger!) around for nearly an hour while I hopped from chair to chair. I would highly recommend Marissa and the entire team at BC Interiors. Top notch experience - and to Marissa in particular, thank you for everything today!! You were awesome and I really appreciate you and your patience! :)

I recently had to replace my task chair in my home office. One customer, not a huge account. I spoke on the phone to Tabitha. She was very welcoming. "Of course, come over. You don't need to be an office account. We sell to walk-in members of the public and are happy to help." Not her exact words, but close. When I arrived someone else approached me and offered to help. Also, very nice. She went to get an assistant. In the meantime, Tabitha approached and said..."Are you Eric?" and welcomed me. Then, Ross came around and too... read more

I contacted Haworth about a warranty repair for my Haworth Very chair and they referred me to my local dealer, BC Interiors. BC interiors were so responsive and eager to get my chair repaired! Amazing customer service, communication, super polite, and helpful! I would recommend the team at BC Interiors for any home office furniture needs!!

We had a desk installed in my office today. Malik and Bishop came in. They couldn't have been more polite. We showed them the area and since the desk was going in right next to me they apologized and warned me they might be loud. I worked the whole time without realizing they were still here. They worked so quietly. So polite and efficient. Will order from BC again.
