Please improve the way you speak to your customers when you change payments methods and make it inconvenient a threatening disconnect letter is shameful over a petty amount you rich blanks. Improve your payment system don’t blame customers that are all forced to use your services. Do better rich company! Unnecessary waste of paper and rude.
Power outages half a dozen times a year🤡 2 power outages in 2 days.
Dirty company. Avoid at all cost if you can but looks like they have a monopoly. Horrible company from the top down. We have power outages every month and they don’t care, keeps happening no matter how many times we complain. Vile.
I understand there was a bill adjustment. While I understand the need for it, I am concerned the payment was withdrawn on a random day in the middle of the month, as our usual payment date is at the end or beginning of the month. We had just enough money in our account to cover our known bills, and this $700 adjustment was a big surprise. If it had been taken out at the normal time, we would have had enough to cover it.
