Waiting for 1 hour on the call and a customer associate name AHMED picked up the call and pretended that he can’t hear me out and kept repeating that and said I will hang up the call and I don’t have issues with my phone! That’s super unprofessional and will definitely make a complaint
Had some problems setting up my new account and went to this location for the costumer service. Nadia (sorry if I misspelled) was awesome, helped me in every step with a lot of patience and kindness!
