Genuinely the worst website ever, literally can’t do a thing without being thrown error codes and forced to talk to the most useless ai assistant I’ve ever spoke to, can’t understand or help with anything. And their customer service hours are during the hours of the day where people don’t have time to be calling over something that should take 5 minutes on their trash website if it worked
