A lot of hassels to get your issue resolved.
Have been waiting close to 6 months for them to come out to our house that burnt down almost 2 years ago to put in a new meter. Every week they tell us that someone will be there on such and such a date. The date passes and we are given another date which again passes by but no one. We have had so many extensions but nothing. They need to eliminate this monopoly and maybe things will be done on time.
Please improve the way you speak to your customers when you change payments methods and make it inconvenient a threatening disconnect letter is shameful over a petty amount you rich blanks. Improve your payment system don’t blame customers that are all forced to use your services. Do better rich company! Unnecessary waste of paper and rude.
Power outages half a dozen times a year🤡 2 power outages in 2 days.
