Mostly happy with the service, but have two issues — lack of: - forewarning customers about *planned* power outages and - ways to submit feedback on the website. The chatbot is special: a 5-star example of artificial stupidity that leaves even industrial trolls in the dust. *Planned* implies you knew this would happen but couldn’t be bothered to forewarn customers who might have, had they known about this in advance, shut down sensitive devices and made different plans for their day. What a scam. My sister is paying more in her 1bdm apt than our mom who is in in a 4 drm place with 6 people all using electricity, while my sister is always at work and when she isn't, is usually out doing activities NOT using electricity. How tf does that make sense

Call center agents earning free money? Check the recording from 12:57 pm on Mar 24, 2025, I called 18002249376 and was on hold for 15 min, agent picked up the call but not a single word came out of their mouth, they were just breathing in the microphone, (no issues in my phone, all other calls immediately were good at my end), there should be an audit of agents to see which agents just pick calls for 4-10 mins of silence without any stress, just to show the system that they are answering calls at a good rate, and may be just... read more
