Extremely disappointed with the BC ferries system on multiple occasions. They are lacking safety procedures for bikers and people with pets who walk on and off on the bottom deck with the semi trucks. Pet owners have one designated stairway to get through the different levels of the ferry which is extremely difficult to find causing delays and meaning people walk through the parked semi trucks when they are all starting up.
