My wife and I recently updated our trust and wills with BC Counselors, specifically with Spencer Chaffin. Even though we had a working trust and will already since 2016, we felt the need to update it based on where we now live. I can tell you that the documents Spencer prepared for us were at first somewhat intimidating due to the volume of complex legal verbiage and numbers of categories that cover nearly any scenario a trust/will might run into to avoid probate, which, of course, is the whole point of such documents.
