Went to return an item after being told I only needed the receipt many times over the span of a year & today I went to return a defective product for the first time & was told a receipt was not enough, they also needed the original packaging and did not return the defective product. Then the employee lied to me to justify their actions
Don’t Pay Premium for Vintage Hay! I Just walked out of BC Cannabis with a bag that’s been sitting on the shelf since September 2025. It is absolutely messed up that in a regulated 'premium' market, they are still pushing stock that is nearly half a year old at full price.
