The manager is very unprofessional. Makes his own policies on return products. Very poor customer services. Rest of the staff is very friendly.

This shop is horrible they have no knowledge about their own products they do have policy if any cartridges get defective they do ecchange it with the new one. I went their with reciept, packaging and leaked cartridge. They refused to exchange saying that we are not able to exchange it. Even , their manager have no idea about anything instead of helping me he was standing in front of me and giving huge smile like nothing has happened and he also did refused that we have no any policy pf this kind. Way cheaper than the Inspired ripoff dispensaries that are the only choice in Delta Surrey area with the same lame products. It is nice to see a price difference at BCL. Better choices.
