If you can't see through the packaging - DO NOT BUY! This place has started selling half sized joints, while packaging them the same. The staff will not try to sell you any pre-rolls that are the same size as a zigzag (for example). Their hands are tied, but it's still dishonest business practice.
Great experience! I bought a vape, and Ibrahim at the cashier was very friendly and helpful. It was a nice surprise to find out he was Turkish and could speak Turkish with us! Before us, we also saw him speaking Italian with another customer. Such small details really made the experience feel welcoming. Highly recommended!
Friendly staff and great selection. The shop was very clean and tidy as well.
I’ve been a customer at the Brentwood location for over 6 years, which is why this experience was especially disappointing. Yesterday, I went in to return a cartridge I had purchased less than 6 days earlier. It was nearly full but unfortunately clogged and wasn’t working properly. My receipt clearly states that clogged or defective cartridges can be returned within 15 days, so I was simply following the store’s policy. Absolutely disgusting display of customer service . I asked the girl with the red hair and piercings all over her face what time the store closes and she responded “check the website”….. will be the last time I ever go there . Gross
