Top notch customer experience at this location. As soon as you walk in you are greeted by the amazing staff and they go above and beyond to help you find what you need! Today I was helped by Hubert rodriguez and overall fantastic customer service. Super professional and very informed. I had a few questions because I’m new to this and he was to walk me through the whole process and helped find the perfect product for me. 10/10 location and I was very pleased with the service I got today.
Terrible service, maybe the worst in all of BC Would not except any form of ID. Only an issue at this location. Never had problems at any other dispensary
The Asian woman's service was terrible; I'll never go back. There are places where the service is better. Please evaluate your staff because I'm not the first person to feel uncomfortable.
