I work at another dispensary, saw these reviews about two IDs, and decided to stop in to see if it was as bad as it was being made out to be. It was. The the second newest review before mine has a screenshot from the website, so I'll be using it as reference for what I'm about to say. Every time I visit this store, the staff is always amazing and very helpful. However, whenever I’m attended by this specific cashier, she speaks to me in a very rude tone, which makes the experience less pleasant. I truly hope this can be improved
For those that complain about the ID and credit card situation as this seems like a constant thing in these reviews. Pulled right from BC government website on checking for any primary/secondary ID required to purchase liquor that means this extends to cannabis as well. Primary ID: No name? No photo? Title: Rude & Misinformed – Denied Service with Valid ID I have been buying from BC Cannabis Stores for years and have always used my Capital One credit card as my secondary piece of ID — exactly as allowed under the BC Liquor & Cannabis Regulation Branch rules. The government’s own handbook clearly lists credit card as acceptable secondary ID.
