Horrible Bank. Horrible customer service. This bank cashed 3 checks and never credited my mothers mortgage account. Two months have gone by and they can't figure out what happened to the checks. They say the account has been credited but there are no posted transactions for the 3 checks. The are now charging late fees and refuse to reverse them.

I'd give them a zero if I could. SIMPLE was great. Bbva switch over was botched beyond belief. Services are terrible if you have to call be aware. We are stuck with them for a few more weeks while we finish closing our accounts since their service is so bad. Reps do not understand what you are asking and are not very helpful. If I could give zero stars I would. I would not recommend this bank to anyone. Every time I call I have a feeling that kids run this bank, they hang up on you anytime they feel like and keep you on hold for a very long time. So so disappointed....
