I deposited my payroll check Friday and it's still not available! They put a hold on it because I'm a new customer!! I should of just cashed it elsewhere and could of just deposited cash instead. I was never advised of this 5 buisness day hold on checks when you're a new customer��

I hardly ever step inside a bank these days but I needed to do some business and so I walked into this branch and it felt very welcoming and everyone was very friendly and I was in and out quickly.
I really like bbva customer service is great at every location. Ive had my account for a about 3 years now and have had very few banking issues. The only real issue I have is with your hours they are terrible. Locations dont open until 9 AM and close most days by 5. Like a lot of your clients I work 8-5 most days, an hour in the morning or an hour in the evening would make a big difference, both would be even better but ill take what I can get.
