The service is great. The bankers are wonderful. Big Bank with a small town feeling. I wouldn’t change it for any other branch. It’s the best PNC ever lol.
I have tried calling repeatedly about applying for a mortgage loan and what benefits PNC has vs other lenders… I have left my name and number to get a call back several times. I was tired of being ignored, I went to the location and still couldn’t be seen but left my name/number AGIAIN per the tellers request and still NO CALL BACK.
